InSite personnel use this to customize the solution correctly. For example, the buyer must provide lists of product attributes and valid combinations of components/features and identify customer segments. InSite translates this knowledge into the rules and Web screens of the Trusted Advisor Web site. Finally, buyers test the Advisor, approving the questions/answers and the recommendations to each exemplar. After implementation, the buyer is responsible for maintaining the product data in the Advisor database.
