This research followed a multi-level analysis approach [41], consisting
of individual respondent and firm level analyses. Individual
respondent analysis aimed to examine the basic statistical properties
of the sample and the reliability of the survey instrument (as data
collection was conducted with individual design professionals),
whereas the firm level analysis provided a means to answer the
above listed research questions (which were focused at the firm
level) primarily through the use of the cluster analysis technique.
