Abstract—An interactive game needs to call for multimedia
data quickly for its real time and interactivity features. Its data
is composed of pictures, sounds and action scripts as game
roles stored on disks. Therefore, a special database
management system plays important role, serving the back end
for interactive games. Such a system is introduced in the paper
and a relational model is built as well. Based on this model, a
method to store and manage multimedia data by hash from
two aspects, physical storage and logic semantic, is studied,
providing more efficient query processing and better
performance.
