Based on the revised pricing template, may I understand as follow. The priority is that we have fully inclusive bids so you must ensure that your bids and rates include for the costs you will incur. Secondary to that we are keen to have the bids presented in such a way that we can compare ‘apples with apples’ in terms of bids.
- For "PDI" rate, for all equipment (including equipment for vehicle maintenance and storage) has to be included in here. Would suggest that you include only equipment for PDI in PDI cost and include equipment for the other services in their representative pricing elements.
- For "PDI" rate, all energy costs even if it's related to storage needs to be included in here. As above suggest you include where the cost is incurred.
- "Rework" rate is labor cost only. As above suggest you include where the cost is incurred.
- "Vehicle Storage" rate doesn't include labor cost. It's purely land and building. As above suggest you include the labour cost incurred for the service in the correct service pricing. We are however requesting that the land and building costs are included in this section.
- "Vehicle Maintenance" rate is purely manpower cost. As above suggest you include also the equipment costs for this element.
- "Washing and Cleaning" rate is purely manpower cost. As above suggest you include also the equipment costs for this element.
- "Ovetime" rate is purely manpower cost. As above suggest you include also the equipment costs for this element.
Since vehicle storage is charged based on THB/unit/month, how do you calculate if CBU stays less or longer than a month. The period of time is proposed to be each month.
We understand that it's difficult to tell the number of vehicles that requires rework, maintenance, and additional washing/cleaning. However, could you share % of total PDI CBUs that require each activity based your history? We are unable to provide further information.
