I know what you mean. I calculated Sunday with 150% according to “Individual order for Cross-border hiring out of personnel within Siemens Group”.
Towards Louisenthal you can invoice this Sunday as a complete additional day, but only with 50% surcharge.
In total (including travelling time) Mr. Ramsperger’s assignment lasted 18 days.
Towards Louisenthal Siemens has a lump sum of 3 days for travelling time (see invoice)
For your information:
The low daily rates that are applied here are based on the fact, that in the order of Lousenthal was no need to work on Sundays.
That means the mere stay in Myanmar from Monday to Sunday – with no work on Sundays! – is charged with EUR 1.290,- per calendar day to Thailand and with EUR 1.475 from you to customer Louisenthal.
Therefore the work on 22nd of March can be regarded as a complete additional working day with surcharge of 50%. We had a discussion with Louisenthal about this in a former project, too, and they accepted our arguments.
Due to the internal time report Mr. Ramsperger arrived in Myanmar on the evening of March 15th at 18:45 o’clock. So his stay in Myanmar were actually 15 instead of 14 calender days.
For that reason I will check with Mr. Ramsperger if March 16th can be regarded as a working day, too, and perhaps be invoiced to Louisenthal, even partially.
So the total of invoice would be ok.
