From your process flow, it seem that customer (4th process) has to go through carrier sales person for plan info. I would recommend to by pass / has a separate line for customer who wanted to buy unbundle.
As this time, our objective is to UNBRICK as fast as we can, Jaymart also have lot of quantity of DTR model which aim for sell without bundled.
Please re-look at the flow and revise the chart and prepare to all POS accordingly
