To share information of incoming material from Purchase section to our internal section; including Sales, QA and Production.
Information from your side is really necessary for them to plan their own working process.
Actually you always do your good job by inform email incoming date to production section. But in some case still have some point still not cover.
Then, we had internal meeting today 16-Sep-16 between Sales, QA and production.
To help and support you in ‘What necessary information sharing we need to share together with Purchase section’

Benefits of sharing these information can help us working smoothly e.g. ;
- Purchase can monitoring your shipment and confirm with user to be deliver on time.
- Production can set production planning and manpower also OT more stable.
- Production can set production stock and material forecast according your material incoming date which concern to their stock.
- QA can set incoming inspection plan and can collect data from your supplier such as; COA, MSDS on time.
- Sales can know the current situation and can support negotiation with customer in case of any delay or any urgent.
Not also can solve our internal matter. Can close Purchase CAR from internal audit in case of ‘no documents for sharing information to each department’
For share method , anyway depended on Purchase section consideration; choose one of our current methods such as;
Google share file, central excel file at drive P or Excel file submit by email.
