Please note plasticity range of 1.8mm - 2.3mm as reference for the improved samples that Nara will provide.
- It should not be hard dry and crumbly as attached photo.
- It should be pliable and soft but not sticky on hand
- Color should be intense but not to stain on hands.
As discussed on my Jan 25-26th visit, please share Nara’s resolution to improve the dough as worked with your R&D, QC and Production team.
