Recipes of blenderized enteral feeding were randomly
collected in 14 hospitals, however only five
were utilized, on account of more precise information
about foodstuff amounts (weight in g and volume in
ml) along with described manipulation routine, indispensable
for dietary assessment. The BTD originated
from different Brazilian regions, both in the northern
and southern parts of the country, but the authors processed
their analysis blinded to the BTD provenience.
