5. LAN cables at Beach bar in front of pool/stage - please have contractor check these to test if there is any issues with the terminal heads, (clean, cable not connected or loose, covers not connected or loose, cable stretched)
PLEASE ADVISE IF CONTRACTOR DID THIS. We have analysed the Tablets connections and see that 99% of the time on both wifi and LAN that the communications connection is working correctly, very few instances of time out error in connection. We do see that at start up initialising the mobile POS tablets takes some time but once they are initialised onto the network they work under normal efficiency within acceptable parameters. There may be a windows setting back to the server that is taking some time to connect these "plug-and-play" devices for the menumate database to recognise them at start up but it does not affect their operation. This is an ongoing analysis, it is not a fault.
