To Administering general payroll including OT and allowance
To Maintaining employee data and personal records including leave and absences
To Update HR reports(i.e Annual Leave, Retirement and Salary)
To submit payroll documents required by government on schedule.(Tax, social security, provident - fund etc.) and request certified document to support Visa& Work permit.
To prepare and process Salary Increase and Promotion Sheet
To take care benefits such as Funeral, Insurance, uniform etc.
To control and follow up probation for new staffs
To assist admin job as assigned
Other duties as assigned by superior.
