Planning and budgeting for Aftersales Business and marketing to SUBARU service center (National Aftersales) e.g. arrange aftersales promotion campaign and activities. Also, responsibility of monitoring and advising service center to follow by Subaru BI and service standardize. Moreover, I was forecasting yearly service revenue, aftersales promotion yearly plan, create and distribute media to all customer e.g. SMS, print ad and online. Co-operate with TC Subaru regional (Singapore) and Fuji Heavy Industry (Subaru Japan), provide them for monthly report in aftersales business summary, service workshop requirement and other requirement. Furthermore, I responsible for new project planning e.g. new product development / planning, monitoring new site of all branches and dealers and also the renovation of all branches showroom and service center.
Achievement : Achieve target in aftersales business and marketing in 2014. Achieve target in aftersales promotion and events in Q1-Q2 2015.
Reason to resign : I would like to increase my experience about product planning. I like to analyze market situation and apply the conclusion to improve or select new product in order to increase market share and being market-leader.
