in the event that any of the clients' transfer services are not provided for any reason, be it the fault of (the supplier) or due to any other cause,(the supplier)shall immediately notify hotelbeds and shall provide the customer with an alternative transfer service and, where apporopriate, a refund of the total cost of the unprovided service.furthermore,(the supplier) shall send a letter of apology to the client, including an explanation of the exclusion of hotelbeds's liability for such failure in the provision of transfer services.
