Regarding this, I am going to highlight the strategic planning of McDonald’s briefly. McDonald’s is one of the most successful companies in the world. McDonald’s strategic plan is called ‘plan to win’. The concept of this plan is for McDonald’s to not be the biggest fast food restaurant chain, but to be the best fast food restaurant chain. Besides this, without proper strategic planning many organizations are meeting perishes even face with bank corrupts.
Strategic plan for stakeholders are the most key part for operating business. So the strategic managers or organisations should bear in mind that it is very crucial to provide information to the different stakeholders of organisation in the free information access period. We know that organisational information is a basic right of the stakeholders and they are main issue for strategic plan for existing or new products.
