I am writing to express my disappointment at the level of services we have received from your company. We have a business relationship stretching back a number of years, and while we have plans to consider system upgrades at some stage in the near future, nothing is as yet concrete and assurances will not be possible. I was hoping that our relationship and good faith would be sufficient to allow you to offer discounts on the Station Card and other required parts. Unfortunately, this turn out not to be the case. So I regret to inform you that such decisions will be taken into account when we come to upgrading our systems in the future.
