Kindly be informed that you can always send request of re-open period to Support Team and we will assist to re-open period as per valid reason and all users should logout from tourplan when period is re-open back to the previous period if there is any adjustment required in previous month. Please note that it is not advisable to re-open closed period in Tourplan as this is to prevent account transaction to be posted into the wrong period and cause report inconsistencies.
Furthermore, there is sequence on closing accounting period in Tourplan where user has to close period per monthly basis eg, close period 201611 in the end of november 2016 follow by close the following period 201612 in the end of December 2016 and the same to the following month.
