Slight decrease in n-3 PUFA (DHA and EPA) of sample containing 1e3 g/100 g SRPH was observed at day 12 of storage,
whilst the higher decrease was noticeable in the control and the
sample containing 0.5 g/100 g SRPH.
The decrease in EPA and DHA,especially in the control, might be due to their susceptibility to oxidation.
