He open return request on 6 Jul 2016,It pass period time 30 days that he should return request.
I understand about his emotion with this issue and need to resolve problem.
This time I need to respond a partial refund for help him.But I worry he will not satisfy and leave negative feedback or A-Z case that unfair for me.Because in truly he need full refund.
Please advise how to do next with this case
