Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
Oversee briefing process from Media Management functions to ensure aligned and clear understanding
Establish event concept defined for each brief in accordance with brand communication and marketing communication strategy
Manage event communication material production and management activities
Oversee event plan and timeline, and budget
Determine event partnership strategy to build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with key event partners
Direct event partnership management activities
Oversee briefing and engaging process from external relevant business functions (e.g. Market, Corporate & IB), within internal Brand Communication functions (e.g. Brand Management, Creative & Media Management), and to external partnerships (e.g. Event Organizers, Event Suppliers) regarding event requirements in accordance with the brand strategy and plan
Oversee event execution and coordination according to the event plan, including post-event assessment
Oversee Red Army function, including Red Army team member recruitment, Red Army project management, Red Army team member retention, and internal Red Army communication
Seek for market insight and support strategy development and implementation
Seek for functional or industry knowledge to begin to be known as a thought leader
Encourage team members to seek for industry knowledge
Understand and communicate dtac’s corporate and the Group’s strategic direction and goals
Provide support in developing n-2 strategy, direction, guideline and action plan
Develop and align n-3 key objectives and action plan, with n-2 strategy ensure cascade and alignment at n-4
Provide support to n-2 budget plan and expenses and develop budget plan and manage n-3 expenses to optimize corporate benefit, and ensure efficient budget allocation
Manage and supervise the overall operations of the n-3, including collaborating across n-3 to ensure operational alignment
Provide decision making and approval at n-3 and provide input for n-2 decision
Provide issue resolution and escalation functions
Manage risk to ensure continuity of business
Supervise team to identify, develop, and communicate improvement opportunities and initiatives, realise improvements and report progress
Be accountable for special assignments relating to function as allocated by immediate superior level
Manage n-3 team members, resource allocation, coach, mentor, conduct/attend team building, team training
Manage, monitor, and evaluate performance of subordinates to ensure achievement of n-3 goal and target
Ensure staff are motivated and followed code of conduct as well as operational compliance with corporate policies and regulatory to promote corporate governance
