After clearing the entries in XP1 SMQ2, the same issue persists wherein messages are still piling up in the queue. Currently, both NWTD and Basis team are working together in order to find the root cause of the issue.
The Basis team saw a high utilization process running in XP1. As planned, the team is seeking for the proper approvals to terminate the process.
After which, if this does not resolve the issue, it is proposed to restart XP1 server 0 since we are no longer able to access the Java instance of the system.
