There is currently a vacancy for a Customer Service Officer in our Chiang Mai office.
As a Customer Service Officer you will be a key person in our business. You will have direct contact with our customers, preparing them for one of our bike tours. If you like talking to people; if you want a job that is varied, then Spice Roads is for you.
What you will do:
- Handle all customer inquiries that come through various channels, inclusing email, phone, website and face to face.
- Arrange tour reservations for domestic and international agents.
- Handle all aspects of bike rental enquiries through to booking.
- Communicate with other departments (including Bangkok) to arrange funding for our trips.
- Receive cash payments from clients/agents.
- Prepare and distribute tax documentation.
- Regular weekly reporting to Head Office in Bangkok.
- General Adminstration
