]. When the immobilized lipase from R. miehei was used as a catalyst, final biodiesel conversion at 1:3 oil:methanol ratio was 38%, similar to the FAME yield for CALB-epoxy. Yields at 1:6 and 1:9 methanol content were however higher conversion rates compared to CALB-epoxy which completely deactivated. In the case of TLL-epoxy, final biodiesel conversion was 59% with 3 equivalents of methanol, so better than the others. The ester conversion reached 52% and 10% at 6 and 9 molar equivalents of methanol after 96 h, respectively.
