The results of LAMP and PCR have similar features,
including the fact that the reaction products are nucleic
acid fragments, so they can be detected by electrophoresis
[10,27]. The reliability of electrophoresis has been
validated, but cannot be finished without Gel-imaging
system and electrophoresis apparatus system [15]
which is time consuming so it is difficult to apply in the
field [10]. While LAMP is fast and will produce a white
precipitate of magnesium pyrophosphate, it is difficult
to assess with naked eye [11,13].
