Five parameters (total number of offspring per female (N), duration of juvenile period
(Dj), reproductive period (Dr), post-reproductive period (Dp) and life span (Ds) were significantly
influenced by temperatures (20, 25 and 30 °C) (P < 0.05) whereas these parameters
were not affected by the generations (1 to 6) (P > 0.05) (Table 1). On the other hand, only
Dj and Dp were significantly longer for SS than for LS clone. The values of these parameters
of SS and LS at three temperatures are provided in Table 2.
