material and production of disease-free plants

worldwide use the potential of in vitro propagation
for massive plant production. On the other
hand, the application of in vitro culture has been limited
by the costs of required equipment, special treatments
required during acclimatization and risk related
to somaclonal variation and other physiological aberrations
(Winkelmann et al., 2006)
