Firstly, regarding to Big C issue that has been occurred this morning about the digital proof, we insist that the client has the right to change or to edit the colour or even the text of the artwork. As we work with many publishers, it is the regular process that whenever the client or us got the colour proof to get approval, in digital or hard-copied formats, if the client consider that the colour or text need to be adjusted, the client can change it, within production timeline, however, in this case, you have sent us the proof late.
Secondly, about the payment. I already helped check with our finance, the finance informed me that because you always invoice us very late, exceed our due dates, so the payment term needs to be postponed accordingly. Actually, your cheque of the Feb-Mar and Apr-May insertions has been released now at the payment office. Is there anyone to pick up the cheque?Please check with your team.
