I have got confirmation from the partner that they would like call the product “accommodation protection” ,, and to include the following coverage.
• Partner doesn’t mind if there is TA in the package
• Full 100% payment of the hotel if they don’t make the trip
• Would like to include incidents like Change of work locations, Like their boss wants them to cancel the original trip and reassign them to somewhere else
• Car break down before the trip and enroute to the trip – as most trips will be domestic (they are launching the domestic first.
• Toll truck, or roadside assistant (not compulsory)
• Remain the illness cause
On this note, The pricing can be x% of the total hotel price, calculated on the whole ticket price. Or Flat depending on the ticker price tier. My partner don’t mind if the pricing is higher as long as the policy has the coverage they need. They are still referring to the Muangthai ticket protection and think that the ticker protection coverage items can work.
For next step, We have to inform the partner on the
1. Possibility of including the above features
2. Timeline should there be filing with OIC
3. Final price to the customers.
