Most people stare at this "black haired beauty" you described beause they perceive her to be... well beautiful, whether or not she is a "beauty" inside has yet to be seen by these people i assume. Perhaps the ordinary women has more charm and charisma, but then... may be not. I think we all discriminate at some level depending on the circumstances that we are placed....this perhaps is one of our many mechanism to survival.
In life..where one person discriminates..the other does not...hence the saying "true beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder" and the fact that both the ordinary women and the more attractive one both have a bloke proves that... dont you think?
