Our IT workforce is predominantly based at our head office in Mascot, Sydney and opportunities generally fall into the following areas:

Because of the complexities and diversity of IT and the need to future-proof the operating success of the Group's many business units, Qantas outsources infrastructure, desktop, support and development services to a variety of specialist suppliers. This allows Qantas IT to focus on governance, on optimising all aspects of service and relationship management and on delivering best practice IT innovation.
