questions and two summary scores: physical and mental
component scores (PCS and MCS respectively).
The PCS consists of the following dimensions:
physical function(PF),
role limitations due to physical problems (RP),
bodily pain (BP), and
general health (GH).
The MCS consists of
the following dimensions:
vitality (VT),
social function
(SF),
mental health (MH),
and role limitations due to
emotional problems (RE)
