WHEREAS, Seller intends to sell certain quantities of Wood Pellet to Buyer as set forth herein: and WHEREAS, Buyer intends to purchase certain quantities of Wood Pellet from Seller as set forth herein: NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows.

1. QUANTITY AND PRICE

1.2. Price term is Free On Board (FOB) the vessel and all the expenses and charges to be incurred in relation of the loading of the Wood Pellet in jumbo bags until on board of the vessel nominated by the Buyer is responsible by Seller.

2. Quality

2.1. The Seller warrants that the wood pellet supplied under this contract shall be manufactured from wood fiber exclusively, without any type of binder or other chemically treated biomass. Wood fiber is determined as sawdust, shaving, round wood from any species of wood plants

2.2. The Seller warrants that the quality of Wood Pellet to the supplied shall be as follows.

3. PAYMENT AND REQUIRED SHIPPPING DOCUMENTS

3.1. Payment shall be made by 15% T/T in advance within 5 working days from the date of signing of the contract and the balance of 85% will be made by Irrevocable L/C.
3.2. Document required shall be stipulated in the L/C as under:
1) Bills of Lading
2) Commercial Invoice
3) Packing List
4) Certificate of Origin (Form E)



4. SHIPMENT

4.1. Shipment shall be effected by the vessel nominated by Buyer
4.2. Partial shipment shall be acceptable. However one or twice shipment is preferred

However Seller try his best to shorten the date of shipment as the concept of “More earlier More better”

5. Fumigation Certificate
The certificate issued by authorized Lab. or organization is not required. Instead Seller by itself issues the certificate that it is heat-treated during the process of production.

6. PACKING
Wood Pellet shall be packed in a jumbo bag for the weight of 600 – 800 Kgs per bag. The minimum loading quantity in the container should not be less than (20ft/13tons or 40ft/25 tons). There will be no wooden pallet to support any Jumbo bags.
