We hope you enjoyed last week’s Master Blender Session hosted by myself and Els de Groene where we focused on the R&D Refreshment strategic thrust ‘Our Products: Perfect Pleasure Products with Feel Good Nutrition through the Ages’. Thanks to Rachel Willcocks, Eva Kovacs, Sander van Pelt and Nieke Gerritson for their valuable contributions.
During the session we rediscovered the importance of Holistic Brand Design in designing perfect pleasure experiences, and learnt about a new toolkit to help you make it a reality. We also explored the world of premium including how you can make pleasure products worth it and also how to reach perfection through learning from those that rant (complain) and rave (praise). The session also touched on lessons we have learnt from our nutritional strategy to date, how we are successfully activating around kid’s pink products, and tackling the sugar reduction challenge, and driving new nutritional challenges to help people have better diets, better products, better lives.
