& Belkacemi, 2007). The absorbent Amberlite XAD7 has proved to
be very suitable for chokeberry anthocyanin purification. The SPE
process includes application of the berry extracts into the SPE column,
elution of the impurities and finally, elution of the anthocyanin
fractions.
