Bandura Theory
Bandura is the behavior that when people learn from other people by observing their behavior or attitudes, by observing they can think about what are right and what are wrong from the person that they are observing such as their role models and they can take what they have observed to adapt themselves in the right way and the right behavior. Many people will have their role model which they like so the bandura theory shows that these people will try to do the same behavior as their role model.
For business the bandura theory is very important because we need to observe our competitors to make our business successful. We can observe our competitors or other business that what kinds of behavior do they have or what kind of behavior that made them success. So we need to observe and think carefully to get the information that we observe and adapt it in our business. For business we can also observe how others do their business and we can copy their type of business by adapting in our own ideas to make it better than the business that we observe and it could be successful.
For example the Apple Brand became successful in these past few years because of their unique product and their own software. It attracts many customers to buy their product especially the product called Iphone. So, there are many companies that produce smartphones such as Samsung. Samsung observed the Apple product and try to copy and make their product like the Iphone and we can see in the present there are many kinds of smartphones that have similar models like the Iphone such as the Samsung Galaxy which they make their smartphones with only one home button in the middle and a lock button on the side just like the Iphone which has only one home button and a lock button on the top.
