Amy is adapting to life in grade 2 French Immersion fairly well. She tries her best to fulfill her responsibilities and commitment within the classroom and alway takes responsibility for her own behaviour. Amy usually manages time well and can usually stay on task and ignore distractions while working. Amy accepts various roles as a learner within the class and in smaller guided groups. Amy tries to participate in group discussions,but as yet is unable to do so clearly in French, as her word base is not yet rich enough to build soundly constructed, grammatically correct sentences. She is encouraged to continue to practise speaking in class, listen to French media whenever possible and to continue her stellar work in her weekly homework review. Keep growing Amy!
