We complained to the front office about our disappointment in general
with the room quality and specifically about the lack of kitchen gear
(we only noticed the dirty towels later on...).
They sent us some more kitchen gear, two of this, one of that and yet
another three of something else...
When we showed housekeeping the dirty towels and asked for immediate
replacement, they reacted rather sharply as if our complaint would have
been meant as personal.
As we are booked here for 13 nights, and seen the fact that this is
simply one big disappointment, we actually want to check out right away.
Unfortunately, as these people here already charged my credit card for
the full stay, and I guess they would refuse any refund for any unused
nights, we are with our back against the wall.
