Job Description:
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Handle installation and movement of equipment
Provide technical support for equipment (Via phone, remote and customer site visits)
Prepare and update field service documentation
Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues (to GCS) in order to provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain service records (both electronic and paper based) for all instruments, equipment and spare parts.
Qualifications:
Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in an Engineering discipline (such as electrical), mechanics, etc.
Experience in field service engineering (diagnostic field preferred)
Able to operate PC software (minimum MS Office Suite)
Licensed and able to drive a motor car
Able to communicate in English.
Problem-solving ability
Good communication/presentation skills
Involvement in field actions (including MAR, FCA and FSCA actions)
