The above discussion forms the foundation for suggesting an agenda for future research into interpersonal attraction in buyer–supplier rela- tionships. A few critical methodological considerations are discussed alongside the agenda. The proposed future research agenda, comprised a series of propositions, stresses some of the arguably most interesting topics in this early phase of research into interpersonal attraction in buyer–supplier relationships. In addition to researching propositions, it is clear that further exploration, elaboration, and development of the phenomenon of interpersonal attraction by the means of both the- oretical and empirical inquiries are also required, as a complement to the specific propositions. Research on interpersonal attraction in buyer– supplier relationships is still immature and conceptual development needs to accompany research of propositions.
