Although, many researchers have made huge progress in establishing the digital learning and its principles for improving the quality of learning, there is still much to be done at the primary school levels in a developing country like India (Mohapatra 2009;Mohapatra 2014); such as integrating the curriculum, infrastructure and training. Lack of knowledge on technology, drop-outs by school children because availability of avenues of earning livelihood, and poor infrastructure add to the challenge of effective digital learning process.
