Can you please update me to the situation regarding our faulty Air Conditioning unit in our bedroom in unit B305
We reported this faulty in November when we visited and completed a defects form.
Water had been leaking from the unit down the wall and onto the floor of the bedroom.
One of your engineers looked at this and as the fault had not been rectified we completed a defects form under the guarantee of the unit.
Can you please tell me if this had now been repaired or replaced.
We return to Hua Hin in 2 weeks and hope it will be OK for when we arrive.
