Responsibilities:
Supervising the process and input of all reservations.
Reviewing and revising productivity reports and completing monthly reports.
Effectively supervising the forecasting and scheduling for entire call center.
Scrutinizing reservation closely ensuring all information is correct.
Ensuring all correspondence complies with company procedures.
Providing accurate information in a positive, personal and friendly manner.
Qualifications :
Thai National only.
Female or Male.
Minimum 0-2 years experience in a similar position.
Working experience with Multi-National Company is an advantageous.
Preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good team player, leadership and service minded.
Computer literacy required.
