Please find the answer from PERRY as below krub:
1. Every vial with different OD will need its own toolings (starwheel, timing screw, guides,...) otherwise you are risking jamming issue on the whole production line that's supposed to run up to 120cpm. This is also a cRABS hood machine where jams is harder to fix with gloves. We have provided the only one tooling that could be shared - which is the V-shaped tooling blocks and I have sent photos before. --- attaching a photo for v-shape tooling sample "P2110_Filling Station 6": By moving the parallel adjustor on the other side of vial, a range of vial OD can be handled. The main reason this works is because vials are moving in straight line.
2. In additional to what was explained on the letter to Biolab, original order was a batch-in batch-out infeed turntable with no VLAF and no integration with tunnel. VLAF system includes prefilters, HEPA fan and filters, pressure differential sensors and guages, electrical hardware for connection to control system, documentation, and testings.
3. - I've listed out exactly what is additional on the quote which is how we calculate the cost. In fact, please keep in mind we need to still add the additional cost upgrading curtains to panels on turntable and stopper prefeed section, and that is to be quoted when Biolab notify us their decision on glove locations. And I have been waiting for customer's answer whether they are VHP the whole room.
3. bulk feed - I've underlined the difference than what was before. This now does not include the valve, but they also added integration to valves which includes 10 custom designed adaptors. Adaptors info and drawing were sent in PDF previously.
Please let me know if you still have any questions.
Thank you very much, and
