In preparation of the meeting with my manager, I
do my self-assessment.
I discuss it during the meeting.
The final evaluation is done by my manager based
on the following scale:
I need to learn
I still need to learn and/or gain experience in order
to meet all my responsibilities of my job. I am either
still a junior or I have joined BOBST in the last 2
years.
I am competent: My skills to meet my
responsibilities are good. I don’t need any
assistance.
I drive excellence: My skills are excellent to meet
all my responsibilities and I can even teach, coach
other colleagues. I am recognised by my
colleagues as an expert in my skills.
