A set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)in the following 5 categories :
a) Financial
b) Customer
c) Employee
d) Organization
The KPIs for each manager will be established jointly by the manager and his/her direct supervisor. In addition, his/her leadership skills will be measured and form part of the overall assessment. Technical competencies will not be evaluated but will be discussed mainly for development purposes.
In certain jobs, it may not be possible to establish KPIs neatly into these 4 categories. If this cannot be done, flexibility will be exercised but KPIs will still have to be set, weights decided and the basis of measurement agreed upon.
