We have conducted several rounds of discussions internally to look into your request.
For your information, SG is currently in the final stages of the launch of our latest online system called Charitable and due to some minor hiccups the targeted go live date has been postponed to mid-September.
Even at this point in time writing back to you all related IT personnel and development work has been put on blanket freeze for the next six weeks or more as the team is working around the clock to ensure Charitable is ready to go live as per the revised targeted date and launched across countries that SG operates in.
The launch of Charitable is paramount and a top priority project within SG and will bring about great benefits and offer solutions to charities in terms of reporting, analytics, faster turnaround times etc.
In view of the above as well as the scope of the work, man-hours and internal resource constraints to action your request, we regret that this is something we will need to put on hold until the full launch of Charitable.
Our humble apologies on the unforeseen roadblock.
We will certainly revisit and ensure priority is placed into your request post the launch of Charitable in mid-September.
