The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) on students’ performance. Twenty-eight students of French language class, Mathayom 5/9 of Montfort College were observed and conducted during the first semester of the school year. Both qualitative and quantitative research methodology was utilized in this study. The qualitative research data consisted of two interviews before and after ID intervention. The quantitative research data was gathered from the aid of two questionnaires: students’ behavior observation checklist and the use of ICT in teaching-learning process which used SPSS program to analyze information and used T-test as an appropriate statistical tool to measure and to compare the mean of the data collected. The results of the questionnaire revealed that there was an initial impact and significant differences on students’ performance before and after using ICT. Results indicated that the use of ICT as an instructional tool has a beneficial effect on students’ performance. It could motivate the students to learn, enhance their interest in subject learning, visualize for better understanding and made lesson more interesting and finally, it leads to improved students’ behavior and students’ outcome. The study concludes that using ICT in teaching-learning process has positive effects on students’ performance.
