Lower bulk density values were observed for blueberries dried
in the modified impingement dryer (0.767 g/ml) followed by
fluidized bed dryer (0.815 g/ml), forced air dryer (0.839 g/ml) and
the impingement dryer (0.874 g/ml). However, the difference was
not significant between the forced air and the fluidized bed dryers,
nor between the forced air and impingement dryers.
