The lipids were separated into triglycerides (TG),
diglycerides (DG),
monoglycerides (MG),
and free fatty acids (FFA) by a gel permeation column (PL 1110-6520, 5 μm 100A 300 × 7.5 mm, Agilent Technologies, Diegem, Belgium)
and detected by an Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (No. 85, VWR International).
