Dear All it has come to my attention over the last 2 months that you are not reporting situations on time regards manpower and misconduct
I have experienced and witness a few incidences that im not happy about
If someone doesn’t come to work , is involved in an accident , is very sick or any other reason HR needs to be informed straight away and can assist
If you cover for that member of staff and don’t report it , you yourselves will be in trouble
I need to see more communication with HR and myself regards the team
I trust you will do so and the people concerned know who they are , my message to you is get strong as it reflects on you as an HOD
