Pioneering research
City University London has been involved in pioneering research for more than 100 years and continues to break new ground in academic thought and study. The University has more than 60 research centres, groups and units, bringing together expertise from its different schools and departments.
Staff and students are actively involved in pioneering research. In the Government’s most recent Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), The University's research in 15 subject areas was rated by expert panels as amongst the best in the world.
